Privacy Notice

This notice explains how we handle personal data when you visit our websites and fill in our forms. It is provided under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Scope
This notice covers mihenra.com, service.mihenra.com and comply.mihenra.com, and the contact, demo and consultation forms on these sites. Data that customers process in our products is covered separately by the customer contract and product documentation.
3. What we collect
- Form details: full name, work email, company, country, number of employees, the product, team or standard you are interested in, the tool you use today, your message, the form language and the time you sent it. The fields depend on the form.
- Correspondence: emails we exchange with you about your request.
- Technical logs: our hosting provider's servers keep access logs (IP address, browser details, date and time) for security and operation.
Cookies: our websites do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images load from our own servers. If we add an analytics tool, we will update this notice and ask for your consent first where required.
4. Why we use it and our legal basis

We do not send marketing emails or newsletters. If we ever want to, we will ask for your consent separately.
5. Who we share it with
- Our hosting and email provider (Hostinger): our websites, form records and email are stored on this provider's servers, which may be located outside Türkiye. Such transfers are made with the safeguards required by KVKK Art. 9.
- Public authorities: only where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their marketing.
6. How long we keep it
We keep form details and correspondence for 2 years after our last contact with you. If you become a customer, the relevant records are kept for the term of the contract and for the periods required by tax and commercial law. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights
You can ask us whether we process your data and request access to it, ask why it is processed and who it has been shared with, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can object to decisions based solely on automated processing that affect you, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. If GDPR applies to you, you also have the rights to restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
8. How to contact us
Email info@mihenra.com from the address you used with us, or write to the address above, with enough information for us to confirm your identity. We will reply free of charge within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, in the EU/EEA, to your local data protection authority.
9. Changes
We update this notice when needed. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
